The remote for my luxor tv only works when the volume/mute/q menu button is pressed. The side button only works for the volume and doesn't come up with the menu like it should. And when first turned on, it turns itself off and has to be turned on a second time to stay on. It was completely fine a few weeks ago. Not sure on brand but it a 43 inch 4k luxor tv
