Hi guys any thing about the old org 01/wfd

http://www.korgforums.com/forum/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=70279&sid=0a3c1fcbb6e1dac75c1a6975f3a1292f I've found this in my files: 01/W Series Initialization: Hold Reset and Compare while turning it on. Preload: Global screen 7 Press G then E it will if OP turns off write protect in the global menu. None of the resets or reboots will do anything until the synth is allowed to use them. If write protect is ON all changes will be rejected.

UndefinedWhy does my Korg CA2 needle keep switching from flat to sharp when I turn my harp? I can't tell which way to tune.

Sometimes tuners can be overly sensitive! You've just got to sit in a quiet room and wait for the needle to settle, then give it another try.

On my Korg X2 workstation, the LCD screen displays INIT I the combination A & B banks, and the program A & B banks. The same sounds is in all of these settings and I can't change it. How do I fix it?

How to Initialize (reset), and preload on the Korg X2/X3/X3R Initialization: Hold Page Down and 0 while turning it on Preload: Disk Load (XSD00P) ROM Check: Hold Enter and 7 while turning it on. If banks names are lost, you need to replace the little round coin-pill from inside, which memorize settings while the instrument is off and disconnected from the power.

Hi my Korg SP170S digital piano has just stopped dead no light, no power and now won't switch on.

First things to check, power supply unit, is it the original or the one that has previously worked - if yes check the output voltage with a meter to ensure this is working. When you plug this into the piano if you wobble the plug does the socket feel loose? You may even get a tempoary connection, if you do or it feels loose the socket needs repairing. If this all checks out ok the next step is move inside the piano, you will need to know a bit about electronics to proceed to this step. Report back and I may be able to help further.

MY korg sg pro x sounds like a piano half way up the keyboard then it sounds like an organ? How do I get it to sound only like a piano

You have probably activeated a split point. Do a reset next time you turn it on and see if that doesn't correct the problem.

I am trying to connect my Korg M1 via my presonus interface into my Studio One program. HOw do I get connected after MIDI cables are hooked up?

Hope i did not miss understood... If MIDI is hooked up there are only the audio signals left to connect... Try to connect the audio outputs from the M1 to the DI´s of the interface via instrument line cables and routing them to/in your software...then set up midi channels for one instrument track that triggers the M1 and activate an audio track to record/monitor your incoming M1 audio signal
