WIC or waits ink counter is used on a ink jet printer. I can't find a resetter for a Laser printer. Sorry.

The cartridge has a chip on it to let the printer know if it is new or how much is used. If the printer cannot read the chip it may not work properly. Make sure all packaging is removed from the cartridge and the chips contact points. Reinstall and see if the problem still exists. If it does return the cartridge to the store as defective and have them replace it with a new one. If you are using a remanufactured cartridge or one that has been refilled most likely they did not replace or reset the cartridge chip.

reset xerox 3155 :

1. Connect the printer to the computer and turn it on

2. Wait until the printer is ready for work

3. Run the file "download.bat"

4. The reprogramming process starts automatically

5. Wait until the printer reprograms (1 minute) and restarts

6. After that the reprogramming process is finished, restart the printer

What is CTD sensor on Fuji Xerox? The Color Toner Density (CTD) Sensors measure the optical density of Toner deposited on the Marking Unit during the calibration cycles of the printing process. If connected via USB, unplug cable and insert into another available port and error message may disappear.

Im from Malaysia and I have the same problem with my printer. The best thing is the repairmen doesn't respond well over my request for him to come and take a look. We already did maintenance over the phone but ut didnt work. Its already been more than 2 month since my request. The apps also didn't available in my country. Need some help here. Thanks

These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. Is there an error code?

The contact spring have a habit of getting dirty --- Clean

The default ID and password are "11111" and "x-admin" respectively. When accessing the administrator menus on the copier the code 11111 is used. I couldn't find a way to reset specifically. I believe you should be able to access the Admin Menu by pressing the System button on the operator panel. A password is required to enter Admin Menu when Panel Lock Set is set to Enable. To Disable the Panel Lock you will need a password. The factory default panel password is 0000. Hopefully you haven't changed that. This procedure is described in the manual on pages 315 ff. It looks like the lens is stuck or jammed. Is the lens damaged in some way? Make sure the lens retracts fully when the camera is turned off. If not the lens is probably defective.
