ranting of fixya site doesn't solve anything
you have to return the faulty item for a refund and then simply buy a better quality product
then you contact the manufacturer direct and make a complaint to them because if they don't get feed back on a product performance , it will never be improved
You have possibly damaged or disturbed internal connections which only an engineer can fix due to fiddly parts and a dust free environment, It hinges on the cost of repair?
Check on ebay etc to find its current value and use that as a guide to compare with a repair quote, if its not worth it put it up for auction to recoup some cash against a new one.
All you can do is check any removable parts battery, card etc are secure, their internals are frail to damage. Check for home contents policy against accidental damage?

This video has a few similar error codes. This printer can give out a few different codes for same issue sometimes.

Too funny! Sorry about this, but most folks would tell you to flip the projector on its top and use it that way! I am certain you thought of that. Perhaps the Epson folks can help you turn things around.

Welcome to Fixya. Updating the Firmware would have resolve the issue that you have but it don't. If epson says that you need to send it for repair it does not means that this is just a problem with the hardware. Sending the device to epson would be better so that the can check if this is a problem with the software or hardware then they will replace or fix the issue with your viewer.

the little wheel at the top on the left side roll it to the right to advance to the next song. hold it to the right to advance quickly, and roll it to the left to go to the previous song. Push it straight down to get to the roo menu.
Look for a 'International Travel Plug Adapter' at stores that sell travelling goods including department stores, auto club and camera shops. If you are not in a hurry, buy from Ebay.
