Probly wornout motor. Wud hav to b tested for bad windings or brushes. Cheapr buyn neww probly. Or make ice intray again

if no power to machine and outlet has power [?] then the wiring from outlet to machine must have a short in it

Sadly, you cannot add refrigerant to a refrigerator. They are sealed with solder at the factory. What is the issue that you are having?

James, frost on the suction line indicates that at the location where the frost is present, the suction line piping is below the dew point temperature of the surrounding ambient air and at or below 32°F.That's it. It's normal, the amount of frost may vary depending on the amount of humidity.

First you must try and determine where exactly the leak is coming from. Maybe its just a simple blown seal or gasket.

if fan not working it is gone replace it and if there are any filters within the inner panels, take advantage and replace them too

I had this same problem that cropped up about 6 months after I purchased the ice maker. When it pumped water into the ice tray, the water pump would make a loud grinding noise. I inspected the pump and found that the impeller was in contact with the bottom of the pump housing. I partially disassembled the pump and inserted a small washer I fabricated out of electrical tape to enlarge the gap between the impeller and the bottom of the pump housing. I also took care not to over-tighten the screws when reassembling the pump. The grinding noise went away completely, and it's back to normal operation now. Even if you have no idea what you're doing, like me, it's a 15 minute fix with practically zero materials cost.I have no idea what caused the problem originally, unless there was a washer that disintegrated over several months' worth of use.

Sounds like the compressor is blown. First try and replace the starter relays on the compressor if doesn't work replace the compressor.

Sounds like the compressor starting componets or a capacitor is bad.
