Read page 3 of the manual. The red light is on when charging, it does not change colour but goes off when not charging. It will take up to 18 hours to charge for 9 hours of use on low. 12V Lead acid battery should be kept charged all the time, even when in storage.

this means the battery is not retaining charge, check battery terminal and charger, if problem is still the same then battery needs to be replaced.

Squeeze in both sides at once of battery holder. There are 4 tabs to be released replace battery then replace cover

I would contact PPL motorhomes they have alot of parts

switch on the side to turn on/off take it back to Walmart, it may be faulty.
