Faulty motor or the interlock switch is dirty or damage. Try cleaning the contact switch if still not working check the motor if busted.

As a suggestion, go to the "Dollar Store" and buy some stick-on rubber feet. Place them on the bottom of the juicer and see if that solves the problem? Cheap solution.

I think this juicer is made in france, depending where you live parts may be hard to get , If ok when stored it may have stuck brushes or a corroded switch , ask for a written quote if you take it for repairs as it may cost more than a replacement.
