Bosch pmf 190e just stopped working.fuse ok lead
I know this is an OLD post - but just in case anyone else comes across this question/problem - the fix is here - worked for so many people . . . http://jb-service.blogspot.co.uk/2013/04/bosch-pmf-180e-multi-tool-240vac.html
Vacuum cleaner shuts off after short use. What's
Almost all vacuum cleaners have a thermal cut-out, which operates when the machine gets too hot. It resets automatically when it cools down. Overheating is almost always caused by a blockage. Either the filters need cleaning or changing, or there's an obstruction somewhere in the pipe-work. Make sure all the pipes are clear so there's good air flow and you should be back in business. If the problem persists there may be trouble with the motor itself, in which case you'll need professional help (or a new machine). Good luck!

I have fixed my Bosch PMF 190E which had this problem.
Take the casing apart using a normal flat head screwdriver. Wiggle the two halves and the top piece will come away. There are two more screws inside to remove which are holding the power flex cable in place. Now you can gently remove the coil and board from the lower casing. Then pull out the inside coil from the front section (they easily just slip in and out)
Now if you look carefully there are 4 tiny copper wires connecting the coil to the power. It is very likely that one of these has snapped as they are very thin and there is a lot of vibration in there when the machine is running. Note: Do look carefully as I almost missed the snapped wire. So I just bought a soldering iron and some solder for £5 and soldered them back together. This was the first time I had ever soldered anything so that shows that this is not difficult!!
I then put it all back together and it worked again.
I was very close to buying a new one so I am happy that I gave this a go. I'm sure most people can do this just as easily. Give it a go before buying a new one.

My bosch Move 2 in 1 vacuum cleaner wont charge. What can I do ?
First check if there is a warranty left , if its not ask your dealer for a remplacement part (if there is) pay first attention about the price ( once in a while buying something complete is cheaper then you buy it separate . on a marketing technical decision is that made and sometimes is the an remplace object to get for a good price but ask first if your dealer has a large purchasing organization then there is somtimes more to get , because of the change in selfrepairing is not always lucrative anymore , its made for a number of operating hours, then complete replacement can sometimes be cheaper then repair, but if its only a charger or is it a battery ? a measurement must be made a charger can be ordered , but if its the battery meaningful before buying to ask for the price differences.
