My AEG oven does not heat up, nor does the grill

I am supposing this oven/grille is electric, and is plugged in to a power source.
From your description, I'd say you have a serious problem and should no longer consider turning on the oven or the grille.
Having made that decision, take an electric meter and test the socket or wires that connect the stove/oven to the wall.
See if the current is flowing in both legs of the plug.
(Remember, two are "Hot", one or two are grounded.)
If not, correct the problem with the fuses or circuit breakers that are feeling the appliance.
If so, open the appliance up and test all circuits with that electric meter to determine the problem.
Often the problem may be a bad socket for the oven heater element, a bad element itself, or a burnt wire going to the element socket.
