spark plugs on my 4.3 vortec and need to know what the gap of the plugs are ? I'd say probably .060 but see sticker on rad support or underside of hood to be sure. how do you change the spark plugs on

cant find spark plug in a vortec 4.2 liter motor You have to remove the air box that says VORTEC on it, then you will see the coils packs for each spark plug. Remove each coil pack to get to plugs.
