I have WhatsApp for nearly six month and two weeks ago the App couldn't get connected although I have Internet connection and I can log in any program expect WhatsApp!! I only can receive a pop up when someone speaks to me! thats it!. moreover I tried the following: 1- Reinstall the APP 2- restarting my I phone and then reseting to factory setting 3- Getting the SIM card out/in after I tried all that the APP requested my phone number and when I enter it as requested a pop up appears "could not connect to whatsApp service. please try again later!! and I tried million times!! NO USE. I'm really frustrated, please help me!

Follow this steps:-
1. To run the WhatsApp desktop app, you first need to scan the QR code using your Smartphone.
2. Open WhatsApp on your phone->Menu--> select WhatsApp web. Take your phone to your PC screen and scan the QR code to connect.
3. Once the QR code is scanned, you will be logged into your WhatsApp desktop app.

Cannot use Whatsapp on a laptop or a PC. can only use whatsapp on the phone. that too on an iphone, blackberry, android or a windows phone. For that you will def need an internet connection and you will have to go to the app store/market place etc to download the application and register your number with whatsapp and then get started. hope this helps.

I think in your case you pay not for whats-app, you pay for internet usage.

It sounds like you have connection issues.
For starter please consider disabling your firewall (under control panel) then try connecting.
If this doesn't work please try reseting internet explorer settings (under explorer-tools).
Check with tech support of linkedln to see if they require special internet explorer security settings and have them walk you through your settings to make sure nothing has changed.
Last but not least I'd try to go to system restore and restore to a point where you are sure evrything had worked like couple of weeks ago or even one month ago if possible.
(start-programs-accessories-system tools-system restore).
The system restore tool doesn't erase or change any data although if installed any program since that point you are going to have to reinstall it since system restore will restore all registry information to that specific point and disregard everything you did afterwards, therefor I'm going to have to tell you to use at your own risk.
