I have a problem with Warcraft 3:Frozen throne. I recently installed it to my new HP laptop (Intel Core i5-2410M CPU, 4GM RAM and Raden HD 6470M graphics card, Windows 7).Things were good the first days, but then out of nowhere it freezes every time i open it.It's like the game is running, i mean the windows don't freeze or anything, it's just the game.I tried to re-install directX, disable firewalls, reinstall the game but nothing. Other games, like Aion or Dragon Age II operate quite well, while Warcraft still freezes. Please help!

I have the latest patch(1.26a) and all the latest drivers, at least according to the windows updates about drivers. I will check the forums too though.

Hello
Are you running the latest drivers for your vid card? Also have there been any updates or patches to the game?
Check the forums at the blizzard website there are usually alot of good answers from other gamers.

Go directly to radeon for your drivers.Windows does not have the latest.

In most laptops you can't replace anything but the RAM so your out of luck for installing a new graphics card, although Intel HD graphics are integrated in the cpu so its hardwired in and can't be changed, but for most basic tasks it will be alright.

PROBLEM TO INSTALL DOTA IN LOP TAP

If you want to play dota on Warcraft 3 you need to download the map,
then find the Warcraft 3 folder and open it, then open folder called "maps" and cut the DotA map in to that folder... And when you start Warcraft just find it and play it (be sure you have patch 1.24b).
I dont know are you thinking on DotA 2 or Warcraft 3 DotA...This is the answer for Warcraft 3 DotA.
