Looking for a replacement thermostat for a Woods Upright freezer model #F17WUA. Can't seem to find it anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.

check your door seal, by closing the door on a strip of newspaper all round the seal. this fault is usually air getting inside the freezer, it rises to the top making thick ice or snow.

the drain needs to be check for any kind of blockage. if the drain is blocked or frozen over this needs to be cleared

just switch it off at the mains.DO NOT USE SCRAPERS OR STEAM.....(you can use car de icer but you will need to make sure its well ventilated)best left for 24hours....
