If you are able to access other websites than your Internet connection is fine and eventually Google will once again appear after they sort out their temporary server problem.

Here are some suggestions: Reload this web page later. Also try adding your web browser to the list of allowed programs in the Windows Firewall.
To do this I went to START > SETTINGS > CONTROL PANEL > WINDOWS FIREWALL and then clicked on the link in the left hand navigation "Allow a program through windows firewall".
