Hi, Refresh menas reset your mobile to the default factory settings. Follow the steps below:

First remove the sim card from your mobile, and to hard-reset your samsung mobile use this codes:
*2767*2878# or *2767*3855#

After hard resetting your mobile using the code above insert the sim card into your mobile and restart your mobile. Done : )
