My Antari Fazer model#Z-300 II Series #0165751 quit producing fog.
The ext fan still functions and I can fill the heater work.
I think I need a new pump.
The pump is AC-120V 60Hz

What I did was disconnected the tube that goes from pump to the heater and on the pump I just turned to loosen the piece where the tube was connected one full turn, then just replaced the tube back to the pump piece. What I did was disconnected the tube that goes from pump to the heater and on the pump I just turned to loosen the piece where the tube was connected one full turn, then just replaced the tube back to the pump piece.

it was one of the first original designs the company produced. this series has all the staples this brand is famous for fast necks, floating terms, and high octane distortion. it is worth about 350.00$.
what brand and model did you buy...Some come with a remote...some are DMX and are meant to be controlled by a light system board or controller or some type. These typically dont come with a remote....You can always buy a controller or a wireless dmx remote as well.
check the fluid pump's output. you may have have a clogged or kinked supply hose to the pump or in the copper tubing from the pump to the heater. Also, check the power to the pump. if it's not the pump, then you have to consider a clogged heater block. This is common if the machine is not cleaned before storage. That's about all that can go wrong on a fog machine other than the switches on the controller. Good luck!
I once had this problem. Turns on but no sound. I tested the fan next to the power supply and it ran rough like it was worn out. I found the fan on eBay A5010L12S and replaced the fan. The Stagepas 300 came back to life. This fan blows toward the power supply and the other fan sucks air to create a circulation of air inside the mixer.
It MIGHT be overheating due to buildup. Read in users manual how to clean the machine of deposits. The deposits allow the temp to go too high and initiate a shutdown.
A common problem is the use of the WRONG fog juice. Make sure you use the manufacturer's suggested product. Make sure you have the correct voltage. Use of a very long extension or attempting to run on a dimmer box also would cause the problem.
It sounds like you need to take it to a tech. Try a TV repairman rather than a music shop for this, should be cheaper and they will still understand how it works.
