I couldn't find an error code of 55.50 in the service manual. All 55.xx errors are DC Controller problems. I did find the message "resend upgrade". That refers to a Firmware upgrade that didn't complete successfully. If that's what happened in your case...restart the upgrade and keep away from the printer until the upgrade finishes.
41.7 is a temporary printing error.
Make sure that the paper you are using is recommended for this printer.
Try try the old power off and on again.
Also try pressing OK on the op panel.
