You can download and print the manual for your scanner, at no cost, here:

http://www.uniden.com/content/ebiz/uniden/resources/ownersmanuals/BC350Com.pdf

Yours is not a programmable scanner, at least not in the usual manner. You cannot program a frequency by simply entering it via the keyboard, but you can transfer any frequency displayed in SCAN or SEARCH mode to the PRIVATE bank, where you can keep it for future scanning.

Need to know how to program have no book to use

The BC350C is a factory pre-programmed scanner, and you cannot program it in the conventional manner (direct entry of frequencies via the keyboard). You can, however, transfer displayed frequencies from the SCAN or SEARCH mode into the PRIVATE bank. Detailed instructions for doing this are contained in the factory owners manual which you can download and print, at no cost, here:

Need to program codes in it!

You can't program the BC350C in the traditional manner -- you can only transfer displayed frequencies from the SCAN or SEARCH mode into the PRIVATE bank. This procedure is best described in the factory manual which you can download and print, at no cost, here:

How do you manually program known frequencies in a Uniden BC350C scanner? There are no numerals to key in.

Sorry, but your BC350C is an oddball that does not allow manual programming. You have to lock on to a freq in the SCAN or SEARCH mode, and then move it to the PRIVATE bank. Details are in the operating manual which you can download and print, at no cost, here:

How do i clear all channels and start over putting in new ones

There is no global clear/erase function on the BC350C, but programming a new frequency on a channel automatically deletes/erases the old frequency. To delete an inactive or troublesome frequency, program "000.0" in that channel. Doing so will deleted the previously programmed frequency and set the LOCKOUT to ON for that channel. For more information on deleting frequencies, see page 27 of your operating manual.
