Want tool bar for inbox removed,it keeps appearing,i never ask for it !

Control panel, Add remove program, Uninstall ( find corresponding program you want to remove, if its a tool bar it will most likley say tool bar in the program title as well)

4. double click on the ask tool bar entry and click the disable button.
5. double click on the ask shopping tool bar and disable it also.

You can also enable and disable search providers here as well.

you can search the web for the 'google toolbar' and try to install it but you may have to use Google Chrome browser(install it from web) to use the google toolbar. why need that toolbar? you can attach google apps/tools to IE favorites bar, right? you don't have to use google search unless it is attached to the g tool bar?

Removing www.inbox.com
Click "Start" and select "Control Panel" from the menu.
Click "Add or Remove Programs" or "Uninstall a Program." Wait for the list of programs installed on your computer.
Click "Inbox Toolbar" in the list of programs. Click "Remove" or "Uninstall/Change."
Click "Yes" to confirm that you want to remove the toolbar from your computer.
Wait for the toolbar to be removed and click "OK" when prompted
If www.inbox.com is not in the programs list /remove programs ( it probably isn't there!)
Go to windows menu bar, Tools.. Manage Add-Ons.. Click on: Search Providers..
You will probably find several search providers, highlight InBox.Com it will activate your options (found at the bottom of the page)... click on ''disable suggestions'' which means it will no longer operate but will be available if you decide to use it later or click REMOVE to eliminate it altogether..
When you have done that check the box which says ''Prevent programs from suggesting changes to my default search provider''
Also check to verify what your search provider is (it will read active) and whether it's the default.

first disable toolbar from you browser and remove it from control panel

That is because it is selected as being allowed to appear there. So depending on which browser your using go to the tools and toolbar delete it or un tick it. Go to add and remove programs and make sure it is deleted in that as well to completely remove that item from your browser. Look for tool bars and un check it from appearing then restart your browser. John

I' m currently not using Google Chrome , just the standard version . If I click on the Google Toolbar , I get access to the toolbar options \ general and can :
- set Google as my home page
- set Google as the default search engine .
Back in the home bar above my home page , I can click on
" safety \ in private filtering settings " and block any ennoying crappy stuff .
If you download " RevoUninstaller " , you can manage all autoruns with the autorun manager ( click on Tools ) . If Inbox.com appears in the program files , RevoUninstaller will radically get you rid of it :

To uninstall the Inbox Toolbar, follow these steps:

Open Start menu, and go to Control Panel.
Open "Add or Remove Programs".
Search the program and Click on the "Remove" button.
Click on the "Yes" button.

When you click on yes it will ask you to close your all browser. Click on the "Yes" button. Then Click on the "OK" button.

When you log into your yahoo mail on the left column below folders box (which has inbox,drafts,sent spam etc ) you will find chat and sms box . You have to sign out of that and that will keep it offline.When you want to switch on this from your mailbox (on your internet explorer) you have change the status by clicking on drop downmenu and making it available.
