It's a main motor error. Check the sensors at the back when you remove the drum. Check to see if the sensors are in place.

And how about error code SC553?i try log in test mode and use program clear mermory.the machine still code SC553

JP1215 IS FAULTY

Try cleaning the feed rollers with soap and water and a damp cloth and see if your situation improves. sounds like the machine is missfeeding but your description was a little vague.
If it does improve youll need new rollers.
Also try flipping the paper over to see if improves.
Lastly does the paper size displayed on the screen match what is actually loaded? if not... correct as nessesary

Check in what condition separators drum.
