You may still have the problem with the 5vdc filter caps problem, bad cap can look normal but can have high ESR. I always repalce them in a set not just the bulging one. The 820/25vdc caps are more likely to be for the 18vdc inverter backlights circuits. Inspect the caps on the logic board also. Basic LCD monitor and TV troubleshooting guide: Learn about bad caps: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capacitor_plague Capacitors kit: http://lcdalternatives.auctivacommerce.com/ he can make you a set of caps for you.

Or www.digikey.com just make sure to use caps with low ESR, 105c, high ripple current, long life rating such as PANASONIC FM or FC series.
Hey, thank you for quick answer! Well, i canged all caps on the power supply/inverter board and it still "beeps and blinks" :( On some other forum, i heard that Mosfet, which controls the inverter, can cause the problem. What now? :S
Yes, ithe MOSFET's that drive the inverter transformers are shorted which will cause the power supply to go into shutdown and will try to restart so you see it as cycling on and off. You can try to verify that the power supply is OK or not by attaching a 12v car lamp such as lamp#1157, attach it to the inverter power supply filter cap leads, but DO NOT TURN ON THE MONITOR! do not hit the power button and do not have it connected to PC either, the power supply should be running the minute you plug it into the outlet, you should see the lamp will be lit, it the lamp is going ON and OFF, then you still have power supply problem. Please read my guide.

Hello, me again!
I took some pictures to help you out identify MOSFET. I don't know which one it is.

Can you please tell me, which one is MOSFET that controls the inverter.
Model type of monitor is: GH19LS
+ I didn't try jet your test with car lamps, but i will sure try it when i'll have more spare time :)
Thank you very much!
Ales
