Try this out, hopefully it helps!

The official way to enter the number is +001 52 1 (seven digit number without the area code; ie - no 322 for Puerto Vallarta)

If you dial the number like that and then save the number, Skype automatically re-formats it to look like this +52 1 (3 digit area code)(7 digit number), so I assume you can enter like that as well.

Telmex and Telcel are blocking access to Sears.com in Mexico. Why? dont know, maybe because they are owned by Carlos Slim who also owns Sears Mexico. And he'd rather have you shop on his store. Try connecting to Sears.com using carriers other than Telmex or Telcel. Hope this helps =)

I bought this cell phone in the US (it's a at&t go phone) and need to use it in Mexico. My server will be Telcell (in mexico)

You need to Unlock it using the Unlock code here http://www.theunlockarena.com/supported-phones/rs13wp7/ and use it any GSM Network.

Restriction Code problem, it is a fido phone (canada) made in mexico and my country's sim is restricted.

You can get the restriction code for a Nokia 2720 from www.unlocking4u.com/nokia-2720-fold/rs6wp9/ at affordable cost with easy unlocking guide. Once you unlock the phone from network restriction, You can use any international GSM connection with it.
