How to install hansgrohe toilet brush

This model has a bracket that will mount to the wall using two screws and plastic anchors. Then the brush holder will snap into place on this bracket. There will be a hole in the bottom of the holder that will look like a set screw but this is only a push pin. It is spring activated and not threaded. To remove it you simply push up on this pin and pull the holer off the wall bracket. If you need further help feel free to contact Hansgrohe Tech at 1-800-334-0455. Press 2 for Tech and Ask for David Scarborough. I'll be happy to help.

Moen eva tissue holder broke, how do we fix it?

Specifications and Installation Instructions:

Identify the parts needed and the part number from above.

To order replacement parts:

If your tissue holder has simply come loose it is likely the the wall mount will need to be replaced or at the very least tightened. You will need to remove the tissue holder from the mounting bracket. Insert a small flat screw driver in the square hold at the underside of the base of the mounting post to release the locking tab. Try to tighten the screw holding the mounting braket; if it will not tighten you may need to replace the wall anchor. Once the wall anchor is replaced you can reinstall.

How do you get the mounting bracket apart from actual holder piece? My holder pulled out from the wall

The technical specifications and installation instruction for your product are available here.

http://www.moen.ca/shared/pdf/yb2208sp.pdf

At the base of each post; likey facing down to the floor there should be a small square hole. You will need to insert a small flat screwdriver to release the locking tabs to allow the mount to come free from the mounting post.

You will then likely need to remove the mounting posts from the wall; install new wall anchors (suggest you use toggle mounts designed for sheetrock) and then reattach the mounting posts and then the mounts with the paper holder in place.

HOw do I remove the moen toilet paper holder from the wall

Without looking it up, I can figure it has a tiny screw on the flange bottom, and when it is loosened, it will come off, then the holder, keeper, is screwed to the wall. If it is not held on by a little screw, setscrew, then try turning the whole thing off, it might be threaded. Hope this helps.

HOLDER SEPARATED FROM WALL. DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET

There is probably a hex-head set screw on the bottom. If so, unscrew and that should allow access to mounting screws.

On the B-2740...located at the end of each spindle (roller) there is a small hole where you insert a special key (bobkey) or a bobbie pin and depress the locking mechanism. This will release the spindles.

I am trying to fix a wall mounted Kohler toilet but I shut off the water, removed the flushometer, drained the toilet and unbolted the two bottom bolts out of four then proceeded to lift up on the toilet...

This, or after you broke the seal of the wax ring, the water that was in the trap has voided. It's normal to have a good amount of water rush out when you first remove the toilet. That and there is still a bit of water in the tank and once you remove the fill valve, it escapes from the hole that is left. Proceed to install the new toilet and everything should be okay, just clean up the old water.

Installation

If you are going into drywall then a threaded drywall anchor like this
self%2520drilling%2520zinc%2520cr.jpg
Will be best.

Yopu can buy them at any hardware store. They screw right into the drywall and then another typical screw goes through the mounting plate into this anchor.

I recoment getting metal anchors as the plastic ones break easily.

These hold MUCH better than the push in plastic anchors.
