Download and install Windows cleanup utility ...click here .Once saved ...right click msicuu2
and select run as administrator ..install it ..launch the application and search for printmaster platinum 18 ,and click remove ..restart your pc and reinstall printmaster.

Reinstalled Printmaster Platinum 18 after work done on HP laptop with Windows Vista 64 in use. Produced a business card project. When trying to save, attempted to save on desk top. When tried to recover from Printmaster program, program would freeze. Unable to get it to find solution. Simply closed program. Attempt to open saved copy on desk top gave error message that unable to open. All other attempts to reopen Printmaster show not responding. Now uninstalled and reinstalled Printmaster per FixYa instructions. Produced new project. Same result. Cannot get finished project where saved and cannot open Printmaster to try to retrieve from there or make new project.
program does not open on desk top, however it does open on laptop. this is a new problem. previously it worked fine
