Have trouble turning off my Plantronics Explorer 395 blue tooth. Usually when I slide the on/off switch to off, the blue light stays on and doesn't turn off or flash or anything. I usually have to turn it on and off again a few times until the red light flashes and then it finally goes off. I've been stuck many times with a dead battery because I didn't always make sure it went off when I turned it off, I just assumed. What's the problem?

I bought the damn set only a week ago and now I have the same problem. When I switch the set off, it first lights red, but a few seconds later the red light turns to a constant blue and although the switch is at off position, my blackberry is still connected to the set, I can still use the volume button and still hear the 'beeps', which means the thing is still on.
