I bought a ZK-S8 buetooth headset how do I listen to music on it

Need to put the headset into pairing mode (see instructions) then link it to whatever device you're planning on using for a source of music. If it's your cell phone (which I'm assuming is the source) go into the bluetooth menu and link it up to the headset. May need a password for it that too you will get from the instructions. Once you do all that you should be able to play music on the headphones. Any more problems after that and you should check the output source selection on the music source.

I have a samsung gusto sch-u365 and i want to pair it with the plantronics 240

In case you have never paired your headset to another phone before, just by turning it on, it should enter the pairing mode, denoted by its indicator light flashing alternately in red and blue. Otherwise, i.e. if it was paired to another phone before, press and hold the call control button until its indicator light flashes alternately in red and blue. Then, on your phone, press the left softkey and go to 'Menu > Settings > Bluetooth > Add New Device'. After a little while, your headset should appear on-screen. Using the directional key, select your headset and press 'Pair'. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros, without the quotes). If the pairing process is successful, your headset should enter the standby mode (blue light flashing every few seconds). There might be an indication on your phone screen that a bluetooth device is connected as well.Hope it works for you.By the way, in case any (or both) your headset and/or phone user guides happen to be missing, feel free to download them from here (headset) and/or here (phone).Anyway, please, let me know if you need further informations.Best regards,Carlos

My bluetooth is paired i can not hear out of it

t sounds like the phone and headset may not be paired up correctly. First, remember that newer phones are like small computers, so they may become corrupt over time and you may need to reset them every so often. Simply turn your phone off and remove the battery for a few seconds, then replace the battery and turn it back on. Purge from the phone any pairing information for your Explorer 240 headset and pair it again to your phone, following carefully the instructions on the attached link for the Plantronics Explorer 240. Also, make sure there isn't any other bluetooth interference.Plantronics Explorer 240 User's GuideGood luck from Headsets Direct!

Make noise

I'm sorry but intermittent noise is like telling your mechanic you hear a rattle somewhere in your car. Like that poor mechanic, I'm going to take a stab at your problem. Check pages 6-8 in the user guide below and see which "noise" best fits your situation. You can generally fix it by powering down your headset and then powering back up (instructions are in the same guide).Plantronics Explorer 240 User's GuideGood luck from Headsets Direct!
