We bought this tv because it was internet ready and were very excited to be able to watch Netflix instantly on the tv. We followed the steps necessary to set up the netflix on the tv and entered the activation code and it worked for a while but now when we try and watch netflix on our tv, it looks like it's going to start up but then states: unable to connect to netflix though the internet is working and set up in the tv itself.

if this isnt the problem then it sounds like it may have to do with the controller idling out. Such as the controller shuts off and then signs off xbox live thus interrupting your movie.
