Check the mouthpiece and earpiece of your phone to see that it is working well if they are and is still the same problem then visit a samsung care shop for proper check.

Hi, what causes the phone not to be able to ring out is due to the ringer inside the phone that allows you to hear a ringing tone is bad.

You will need to replace the ringer inside the phone. When replaced phone will start ringing out and you can hear when it rings out.
