Hi.
the factory code for sentry safes would normally be 00000.
if this does not work you may have to contact Sentry with the safe model and serial number .
these are normally found on a label on the back of the safe, or a label on the front edge of the safe.

    use 00000 instead of the numbers you usually use.
    if you use this link www.sentrysafe.co.uk you then click "instruction guides" and select your safe model to download the specific instructions for your safe.

We have a S3877 Sentry safe. The battery appears dead so I can't use the code. I also have the key but since the battery is dead it is no help. What can I do?

Need factory code for Sentry Safe Model 1610 - know its 5 digits but cant remember - never changed it from factory code but cant find the darn owners manual!
