1. From the Home screen, press and hold the Camera Key on the right side of the phone.
Tip: The Camera always opens in landscape mode. While taking pictures,
use the external command keys, or the QWERTY command keys.

2. Set Options, if desired.

3. Using the display screen as a viewfinder, compose your
picture by aiming the lens at your subject.

4. Press the Camera Key or the Center Select Key TAKE to take the picture.
Tip: Open the phone immediately after taking a photo to resize the photo and
create a new picture message with the new photo attached.

5. After taking a photo, use the soft keys for these options:
• Press the Right Soft Key Erase to delete the new photo.
• Press the Center Select Key SEND to resize the new photo
and attach it to a new picture message.
• Press the Left Soft Key Save to save the picture to My
Pictures.

My samsung galaxy 3 is giving me problems with picture texting. It gives me a video format then i have to save it to see it

Are you trying to send a picture in ur phone already -- or are you trying to send one right after taking it?

If your trying to send one right after taking it. I don't know how your going about adding the attachment, but I suggest you first start a new text message. click on the paper clip, then on the option to take a picture. Take the picture -- and when it shows the picture with the two options to either "Discard" or "save". The image showing, will be the image sent in the quality that is being shown. If you like what you see then save and send. -- it must be saved before it will send.

I hope this helps you out -- if not please clarify and I will try to help you further -- wicc --

How to connect samsung gt-s5230 to windows 7 i tried to install new pc samsung from cd which was originally with my phone but could not do it.This program does not work on my computer i have no memory card...

I don't know why the software wouldn't work on your computer.. If it is NOT compatible with windows 7, right click on the installer (usually setup.exe or installer.exe) then choose properties and then choose "compatibility mode" and choose the compatible OS for it.

You can also transfer the files from your mobile phone by using bluetooth connection.

My picture was uploaded to some one i cnt know who it is pls delete my video in all sight pls my boods is show it there

You're out of luck. If you don't want your picture on the internet, don't put it out there for people to see and capture and send to others.
The basic rule here is do not send any pictures of yourself to anyone. Once the pictures leave your home, they are fair game for anyone to get and post elsewhere. Unfortunately, you may not be able to control your friends who take pictures of you.
