My sony w910i has been blackout for almost 1 month n since then it continues to on/off, screen blackout when it receives an incoming call + messages n next, the screen went like it has been crashed or something like that.. could u help me?? thx.. regards, Ms. W910i^^

this because of the strip inside the mobile...i think that got damaged in u r mobile...so u just give u r mobile to u r sony service sation and they will take care of u r mobile....and then u r mobile will be proper...be cool!!!!

1.backup first all of your contacts and important files
2.make a master clear w/ your phone and after restart.
3.if still the same make a fullflash or upgrade your firmware.

Have you tried a master reset >?

Menu > Tools > General > Master Reset

Please check if the OEM is installed properly, You would get a Blue screen error only when your computer RAM has some problems and if the Drivers are corrupted for the used application. So i would suggest you to reinstall this Sony ericsson PC suite.

HDMI compatibility issues continue to plague the industry and this more than likely is the problem. There are a couple of ways around this.Some people insist on "hot rodding" the dvd and tv by hooking up directly to each other avoiding the receiver all togeether (I do this).But you lose functionality and it makes things more complicated for other family members. Your best bet is to use RGB and Digital audio cables.You won't notice any quality loss and there is a possibility it will look better.

you don't have to do the complete master reset..this happened to me yesterday and i did 'reset settings'. it works as well and you dont have to move any of your files. :)
