I need to view an ip camera on the internet using an MF627 modem and a TL-MR3420 router;please guide me on what to do;I'm using a pay as you use data plan;the router shows 'modem unplugged';i've upgraded the firmware;still same situation;the camera ip and port are 192.168.2.126:80;the router lan ip is 192.168.2.1;

1.You will possibly need to configure the router for what is called "port Triggering"
2. from what I read is that there is no IP via the Hikvision external there fore requiring a new IP each time for connectivity.
Instruction set from the manual states:
To add a new rule, follow the steps below.
1. Click the Add New... button, the next screen will pop-up as shown in Figure 4-40.
2. Select a common application from the Common Applications drop-down list, then the
Trigger Port field and the Incoming Ports field will be automatically filled. If the Common
Applications do not have the application you need, enter the Trigger Port and the
Incoming Ports manually.
3. Select the protocol used for Trigger Port from the Trigger Protocol drop-down list, either
TCP, UDP, or All.
4. Select the protocol used for Incoming Ports from the Incoming Protocol drop-down list,
either TCP or UDP, or All.
5. Select Enable in Status field.
6. Click the Save button to save the new rule.

you must allow certain devices to obtain an IP via either MAC address or IP address.

HOW TO SET UP TL-MR3420 USING GLOBE POSTPAID CONNECTION

follow these steps:
1- connect your pc with router
2- open browser.
3- type the ip address of router : 192.168.0.1
4- press on quick setup.
5- choose the first option 3g/4g
6- press next
7-set location , AT&A , username , password
8- press next
9- finish
make sure your wireless usb was connected with router in the area range of wireless of your isp .

Bsnl broadband configure

the router without any Modem WITH internet is useful. You must have Moden with BSNL broaband. Remember the router the only function is amply the signal for internet for use in wireless.

TL-MR3420

insert your 3G Card adapter to the USB port and thenuse your PC come to http://192.168.1.1 log in to the admin with name admin, password admin .
Open the operating status, it will show being identified, waiting about 20s it will done. else if it can't be recognized. You need to set the BIN file by you self, you can download the file from www.tp-link.com
