I have a pair of Skull Candy and my grand daughter cut the cable,can they be repaired

The amplifier built into the headphones is bad. Take back to the store, or submit a warranty claim.

If you live in the USA or Canada Skull Candy operate a lifetime warranty, so check them, even if you don't still worth a check.

There isn't really a way to fix it if that happened. Lucky you, though, you have Skull Candies! Skull Candy has a lifetime replacement program that will replace your headphones for free if you say you broke them from an accident or just from eventual wear and tear. The best solution is to take it to a tech shop and ask the cables to be connected manually.

or take it to the shop where you bought it with a receipt and ask them for repair.

other than that there are no solutions. unless you want to get some tape handy and strip the wires your self & connect the right ones.

They probably could be repaired, but it would require stripping of the wire and connecting the correct wires back together.
In other words, you would be better off buying a new pair.

This is very common with Skull Candy headphones as the jacks are very poorly made. I went through 4 pairs of them within 4 months. Unless you want to buy a new pair every month, buy a reliable brand (Sony, Panasonic, etc.). You can however get them replaced with the same product by visiting:

If you bought it new 2 months ago take it back under warranty, if not new then you need to cut off the end and repair/reconnect it further up the cable past the bad bit

hi there, I had skull candy earbuds in the past. The problem is that the left side has a short in the speaker. It means that you need to get a new pair of earbuds as they are not fixable.
