My Copoier has this error message Panasonic error code E01-22 Model FP-D250 photocopier. and my techniain says i need a laser unit for panasonic FP-D250 nor FP-D-350 or FP-D355 where can I find this part and how much?

Make sure there are no loose or stuck staples somewhere in the staple slider tray stopping it from closing properly or that the cover itself hasn't broken off an pieces which may trigger a little switch to say that the door is shut.

E1-22 indicates a problem with the Polygon Motor Sychronization....this is a problem in the laser unit either the Driver pcb is shorted or broken, the Laser unit pcb is defective, the laser unit itself could be defective.

the polygon motor in the laser unit is at fault, this will require a service technician to repair

does the device make a humming sound?? if so your laser unit needs to be replaced as the motor rotation in the unit is faulty. please consult a technician

It means printer engine communication abnormal. Check the connections on the pcb control board. you may need a service tech to do this

That error is related to the laser unit. Check your connectors, they may have vibrated loose during move. These machines have a history of laser units going bad.
