Hi my pc operating system is windows 7 and it is not reconising my jvc everio can anyone help

I have used my Enviro MG21 with windows 7 and now Win 8 with no problems so I don't think it is comparability issue.

Try opening up "My Computer" and see if Enverio appears as a device, if not try adding it via "Control Panel - then add device abd manually install via the on screen instructions"

, It doesn't work because the driver you installed is for other versions of operating system. I am also using windows 7 like you so don't you worry, You can still use your old installer/driver from other versions of operating systems. Just remember that before installing any program in a windows 7 Operating System Computer, Use "troubleshoot compatibility". Right Click the Icon of your program installer first, then choose "troubleshoot compatiblity". This will allow you to choose on what type operating system your program will run. Just reply back if it still doesn't work.:D

my JVC Everio GZ-MG330 keeps saying "recording failure" when i press record. how do i fix this?

I use Sony Vegas 8 Movie Studio...a great piece of software...and use the Storm codec pack to view .mod files that the JVC puts out:

I have a JVC Everio GZ-HD3AA camcorder which I recently purchased. I am able to connect it a TV and watch video files, but they all appear in black and white!
The downloaded movies to my laptop (Acer aspire 5630) with windows vista as the operating system are played in slow motion on the laptop screen.
