Sometimes the thermostat wire (not sure of the technical name) gets oxidized and can't sense the heat (it's there as a safety measure so that when the pilot light goes out, the gas shuts off). If it isn't to hard to get to, sometimes you can use some aluminum foil to clean the wire so that it senses the heat of the pilot light flame. Make sure the main unit is off, and let the unit sit for awhile to make sure there is no residual gas hanging around. If this doesn't work, you might have to get a specialist out to replace that piece. Hope this helps.

Where can I get a BAXI BERMUDA 552 auto electronic boiler pilot kit to replace manual pilot.

I would try Baxi or one of their agents.
If in the UK, this MUST be installed by a Gas Safe Registered engineer.

Basically it says (turn on the power first) Turn the knob to the the star/flame marking. Push the knob in, hold it for approximately 10 seconds. Release and check the small flame is lit. Now turn it to your desired heat setting.

Got a baxi bermuda 552, back boiler not working

Hi clean pilot light and change the thermocouple , you will have to remove the gasfire to get to the boiler if unsure best get a gas fitter to do this as this is not easy to explaine , simple job but you have to know what you are doing , it might be you need a service on the bbu and the gasfire then the thermocouple could be done at this time.

How to light pilot light on back boiler?

Hi. we have a baxi bermuda. I know that you need to hold in the silver button on the left while repeatedly pressing red/ignighter button until pilot is lit. Hold in the silver button for at least another 30 seconds.
Good luck, ours wont light anymore so was on here looking for advice.
