I bought two of these and returned them in one month when I got the bill. It cost me $130.00. I was looking for something cheaper. I tried to get my grandmother off my family plan but to no avail, it didn\'t work. It turns out that the tracfone was the worst and slowest phone I could have bought and the screen was so small, I couldn\'t see what I was doing. But I was still determined to give it a chance until they wanted me to pay a fortune at the end of the month. It would have actually cost more than my annual paid Verizon smart phone. As far as the tracfone light, all those feactures are in settings and if nothing is working, then something is obviously wrong with the phone. It happens but usually after you had it for a year at least.
i had the same problem i dropped my env2 and the inner screen went black. i tried 2 fix it but just ended up getting a new phone. you can try 2 live on the outside screen or i was able 2 bend the screen and get it to work for a while. i hope i was helpful
When you press the voicemail button on your phone it is retrieving messages stored internally in your phone. Verizons Voicemail is a seperate entity where the message reside on the server. If you do not want to use the Verizon Voicemail, simply call the business office and ask them to remove voicemail completely from the account. That way your phones internal answerming machine whille then catch all the voicemails and you can go back to using your voicemail button to listen to them. Hope that helps you and everyone else out.
