Is there a reset switch on my Dacor double wall oven, model ECS230SBK. And where is it? An Electrician had done some wiring changes in the panel box which feeds the ovens. When the panel box was installed, they ran a 2 wire cable instead of a 3 wire cable so they used the ground as their neural to the oven. These ovens have been working fine for 6 years. When he turned the breaker back on the oven panel lights worked fine but an hour or so later the lights were out. He was able to check the voltages at the back of the oven and confirmed the correct voltages are there. What do you think it is?

Try turning the power off at the breaker for 12 hours.

I had the same problem, tried turning the power off for a few minutes but that did not fix the problem.

Leaving the power off overnight seems to have fixed it.

I had the same problem after auto-cleaning my oven just before Thanksgiving. The cause was overheating...and the tripping of a heat sensor switch.

The switch (reset button) is located about 3 inches behind the door locking mechanism.

Removing the front panel (4 screws) that the door lock sticks through exposes the switch. Just push the little red button & your are back in business!!

I found the lower circuit breaker had been tripped. That didn't fix the problem but upon further inspection whoever had worked on the unit years ago had dropped a screwdriver that had lodged between the oven wall and the rear casing and shorted out the lower heating element. I removed the screwdriver and oven works fine now. I don't think that will solve the cmmclow problem but maybee the curcuit breaker is tripped.
