Just click on the last forward arrow option. You will see there an option to allow the site or unblocking the site. As far as I know it is the last option on the window that says page is block.

If your talking about parental controle unblocking then your going to need their password or something. There are some other ways to do it but I am not going to get into that because if the site is blocked it's usally for a reason

You need an administrator account to be able to unblock facebook.

Type "Unblockjesus.com" in the url bar above. Once on the site, search "facebook" in the site search bar. Then click the link to facebook. It will send you to an unblocked facebook.

Your post is not so clear.Has your friend blocked you or have you blocked him?

I will answer you keeping both cases in mind.

If your friend has blocked you on facebook then it is not in your hands to get yourself unblocked. Your friend has to unblock you from his facebook profile.

But in case you have blocked him from your facebook profile then you can unblock him in the following manner. Go to your facebook site. Click on the 'Account' tab on the upper right hand corner of your website. Go to Privacy Settings - Block List - remove the name of your friend which will be listed there.
