Open the door, look along the top stainless on the door and you should find the ENr number (model number) etched into the stainless, may need to give it a wipe and look at an angle to read it. Post the ENr and that should help with diagnosis.

Also include as much as possible about what you have already tried to do toresolve the problem along with exactly what is not working or what the unit isnot doing that it is supposed to do. This will help us experts to be able to give you the correct advise the firsttime, without having to guess so much as to what is actually happening.
The wax plunger is most likely the culprit. Take off the door liner and the wax plunger is a little brown shaped device at the back of the dispenser . get a new one and replace the old one. make sure the dispenser door moves freely first though. it could be gunked up with soap residue.
100% add the jet dry until it is completetly filled then close the dispenser door and lower then raise the door.repeat this at least three times then check and fill if you can still add more. then after doing that b4 you start the machine run the hot water to get the right temp. when the water is hot enough then start the machine.
