Type # - interrupt - C - interrupt and clear the code with simulation 14 and then hit CA to exit. If the code comes back there is a problem with your fuser (dirty thermistors cloged with toner, or one of the lamps are out)
try to reset by programming...here u just do ..p * c * (p star c star ) u will go in simulation mode .then press 14 ,start .mechine will ask you yes or no ? u just press 1 for yes .and press start ...your mechine will work..if same problem prsist try to check fusing unit...dont forget to thanks to me
Cause The fusing JAM is not completely removed. (Jam paper remains.) Fusing unit installation failure Check and remedy: Check for jam paper in the fusing section. (paper winding, etc.) Check fusing unit installation. Check the jam sensors in the fuser.
Most messages that state "call for service" are for instances where the unit is not running to prevent damage to the unit.
You should call an autherized or certified technician to work on the unit.
on this code you may have to clean out the developing unit and start with fresh developer. Make sure the developer unit is not leaking from one of the bearings. You may need a tech for this one...
