My printer will not turn on, it starts to turn on however it will not turn on compleatly the light will only come part way out however it does not turn on all the way

Have you just recently installed a new program in to your computer? Sometimes a new program can interfere with other programs that are already installed in to your computer. If you think you know which program might be the problem, just remove it and see if that corrects the problem for you. Good luck.

Laptop wont turn on

Try removing the battery and plug in the power adapter and then power on your laptop. If this doesn't work, put the battery back in and plug in the power adapter and try turning it on. If that doesn't work then take the power cable out and try with only the battery. Try in this order and see if it comes back up, if not, you may have some dead hardware.
