There is none, this is an ancient card that is no longer supported because it doesn't meets the minimum requirement: it's a Dx8 card while Win 7 needs at least Dx9.2

Ga with indows 7 32 bit

Here is the solution. When you install windows 7 it will automatically configure the VGA driver adapter (totally useless) ATI does not have a driver to support windows 7 on this display adapter; but here is a trick that will get you up and running again.

1. open the control panel
2.click on appearance and personalization
3. click on display
4. Click on screen resolution
5 click on the advanced settings tab
6. click on the adapter tab
7. Click on properties
8. click on drivers tab
9 . click update driver
10. Click search automatically
11. Windows 7 will find and install a driver for your ATI mobility
xpress 200
12. restart computer when prompted
13. You're back in business
14. Good Job.

Instalar ATI Radeon HD 4650 windows 7 64 bits

This is AMD/ATI's link for downloads. I have entered your info for Windows 7 64 bit and you want the first driver in the list. You have to uninstall prior Catalyst Control Center and VGA driver and restart before downloading new.

Vga drivre

Hi,

The Video Adapter of your laptop is Mobility Radeon 7500. Recommended drivers are limited to the manufacturer's website which is Windows XP. Windows Vista or 7 should have a native driver for your type of Graphics Adapter. Should you need a much higher version of your VGA driver (Windows Vista or 7), you may contact ATI/AMD.

I hope this works for you. Good Luck!

VIDEO CARD!

Hi lorkan,
It seems your RV6DE-B3 refers to ATI's 7000 series video card. Listed here at the link below is the driver site for your
Radeon 7000 card.
If your running Window please update your operating system through Windows Update before installing the drivers for the Radeon card.
http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html
After the above site loads, you'll need to pick your operating system. Than click on Radeon. Scroll down the list in the last window till you see the 7000 series. Click on it.
The page it will take you to is the last software package created for the Radeon 7000. Notice the date.
I suggest you save the program in case you may need to run it again at a later time.
Create a folder on your desktop and save the program in that folder.
If you have any more question or troubles, just post them here & I'll help you solve them.
Have a good day lorkan.
