Can't see how to remove the back of the watch to eplace the battery. Looks like the back is all one piece round to the domed glass.

There is either a little lip around the edge of the back plate, or there is 5 notches around the back plate, If a lip use a sharp knife and put in the notch and twist upward, the back should either come off or move in that derection. Now if you cant see a lip, use a razor blade and in betwen the casing and the back plate insert the razor and with a hammer tap LIGHTLY it should come off or move in that derection, and then use a knife to pry off, If it has the notches, use a needle nose pliers and put in the two notches that are farthest apart and turn counter-clockwise.
