It sounds as if there's a leak somewhere in the system. Make sure all the lines are well-connected, and that the cuff isn't leaking.

Sunbeam7650 Don't know how to properly set the Pressure Selector

The switch tells the machine how high to pressurize the cuff when it starts. It needs to somewhat higher than your normal systolic pressure (mm Hg). (So if your systolic (top number) bp is regularly between 100 and 130, set the switch to 160.) Similarly if your systolic pressure is regularly above 130 but below 170, set it to 200)

The Sunbeam blood pressure kit doesn't inflate the cuff.

You have the same problem I do. The hose socket to the machine is broken.
