DEAR FRIEND, IF 12345 IS NOT WORKING THAT MEANS YOU HAVE CHANGED THE LOCK CODE, SO USE THE NEW LOCK CODE YOU CHANGED IT TO. BUT IF YOU ARE NOT THE PERSON THAT CHANGED IT, THEN I WOULD SUGGEST YOU LOOK FOR THE PERSON THAT DID.BECAUSE IF YOU DON'T GET THE NEW LOCK CODE, YOU WILL HAVE TO FLASH YOUR PHONE AND THAT WILL MEAN LOSING EVERYTHING ON YOUR PHONE

Remove the battery and the memory card from the phone,check for corrupt files on the memory card with a scan on your PC- card reader. Remove and format if necessary. Reset battery and open menu settings to open link to restore to factory settings- now type 12345. If this wont work then you must reinstall the software. check with Nokia care.
