Notice on dryer, a problem has been detected, call for repair. This dryer is forever doing this. Is there a way to try to reset the dryer? I just had it worked on about 8 months ago, put in a new computer console. I did check the venting, as this was a problem at one time, does not seem to be any lint.

Bosch Vision 300 dryer won't heat

I just want to put this information in the Internet because I found nothing but an accurate and incomplete information. The Bosch 300 series electric dryer absolutely, positively, does have a reset switch. To access it you have to take the entire back plate off the dryer. There are like 30 torques screws. Takes forever. When viewing the back of the dryer down on the lower right there is a silver box shaped thing that is your heating element. Next to it is a red button. While googling I've found a dialogue between a repair man and a customer and the repairman said he looked at the schematic I did not have a reset switch. That information is wrong

My dryer isn't getting hot enough

Hello & Welcome to FixYa
If you have already cleaned the vent then the problem is with the Thermal fuse. When the thermal fuse goes bad it cannot be reset and replacing it is recommended repair. It is located on the blower wheel housing inside the rear panel to the exhaust duct. You can test it for continuity before replacing. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

My creative Zen, 8GB MP3 player will not switch on. The computer will not detect it, but detected other external drives. I know the Zen's battery was fully charged before it faulted, but it will not even...

I think it's dead, You might want to do a hard reset on it or wait for the battery to drain. I had a color version of this and it was forever freezing. If removing and then reconnecting the battery does not help then it might have worse issues. If all else fails I can take a shot at repairing it, my e-mail is [email protected]

MODEL # LER4634JQ0 - the dryer spins properly without noise but the heat is not enough to dry clothes, takes forever.

You may want to try to reset the breaker.
I have a similar prob with my dryer. Something with the unit messes with the current enought to drop voltage enough to stop the heater but not the motor and it does not completely trip the breaker.
Cycle the breaker off, wait a minute and reset the breaker. That should work.
If not, it is probably the heating element.
Hope this helps and saves you money from (hopefully) unnecessary repairs.

If so, please rate me.
Thanks,
Matt
