Setting up an Answer phone service

I am not sure what you mean by "answer phone only." If you are referring to a phone that can't be used to place calls, that is done in Toll Restriction. (Our system also allows you to have phones designated for "local calls only" or "domestic toll calls only.")

If you mean a phone where all the incoming calls ring (without bothering everyone) you need an Incoming Call Distribution group - even if only one phone is in the group. Then calls can be handled in order and without being affected by your personal settings on the phone.
