The treadmill will sometimes start and most times will not, even though there is still power. Then I will be on and the belt will stop turning. I can move the incline level but that is all.

Hello,

With the motor cover off and the power on, make sure there is a red light/led lit on the controler, if yes then press the start button then press #3 on the speed side. If not lit, you dont have power to the controller. If you had a red light, and pressed the speed button, the light should start flashing just before the walk belt starts to move. If the speed button is pushed and the light on the controller does not flash, you have a problem in the console. This is only fixed by replaceing the controler.

Sorry.

Hope this was at least helpfull, Matt

Nordic Track T12 si , belt won't run

If the belt on your Nordic Track T12 si treadmill is not running even though the display and other functions appear to be working, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
  1. Check the safety key: Ensure that the safety key is properly inserted into the console. The treadmill will not operate if the safety key is not securely in place.
  2. Reset the treadmill: Turn off the treadmill and unplug it from the power source. Wait for a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on. This can help reset the treadmill's internal systems and may resolve any temporary issues.
  3. Calibrate the incline: If you recently used the incline function, it's possible that the calibration of the incline mechanism is off. Consult the user manual for instructions on how to calibrate the incline. This process may vary depending on the specific model of your treadmill.
  4. Check the motor and drive belt: Inspect the motor and drive belt for any signs of damage or wear. If the drive belt is loose or worn out, it may prevent the belt from moving properly. If necessary, consult the user manual or contact Nordic Track customer support for guidance on inspecting and adjusting the motor and drive belt.
  5. Lubricate the belt: Insufficient lubrication can cause the belt to stick or not move smoothly. Refer to the user manual for instructions on how to properly lubricate the treadmill belt. Use a silicone-based lubricant recommended by the manufacturer.
  6. Contact customer support: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it is advisable to reach out to Nordic Track's customer support. Provide them with detailed information about the problem and any troubleshooting steps you have already taken. They will be able to offer further assistance, including potential repair options or guidance from a technician.

Sole treadmill displays LS1 error as soon as I press start.

follow this steps and fix it. God bless you
Power Supply An inadequate power supply limits a Sole treadmill's speed to 7 mph, even though the display may say it is going faster. Plug the treadmill directly into an outlet without using an extension cord for best performance. If this is not possible, Sole recommends using a short 16 gauge minimum cord.
Belt Too Tight A walking belt that is too loose will slip and one that is too tight runs slowly. Adjust the tension by inserting a 6 mm Allen wrench into the hole in the right end cap at the back of the deck. This gives you access to the tension bolt. Turn the wrench counterclockwise no more than a 1/4 turn at a time to decrease tension or the opposite way to increase tension. Do not tighten more than necessary to eliminate slippage of the belt on the front roller. You must also then adjust for tracking due to increased belt tension by turning both tracking bolts on each side of the end of the rail 1/4 at a time.
Belt Lubrication Sole treadmill belts come pre-lubricated, but after the first 50 hours of use you will need to lubricate the machine again. Use only lubricant sold by Sole. The treadmill can go for another 1,000 hours of use before another lubrication if it is cleaned regularly. If the belt is running slow and you have done everything else, it may be that your belt is ready ahead of schedule. Spread an entire tube width-wise across the center of the deck. The place where your feet hit when walking or running is the ideal location for the lubricant.

Tredmill not moving

That's an embarrasing admission. A treadmill works like a conveyor belt or a car's fan belt. If it is too loose it will slip under load. There will be an ajuster on your treadmill. All you have to do is tighten the belt. Do not overtighten it though. an
