I have a Motorola DCT6200 DTV Receiver and the remote I am using for the device is not responding. I can still turn off my physical TV with the remote, and can still change channels on the Receiver itself, but cannot control anything on the receiver with my remote, which is the standard one included. How can I fix this?

SOURCE: No right channel audio when using HDMI connection to HDTV

Since it is easier to replace, I would go with the cable box first. Sometimes there are software upgrades for the TV's that fix such issues but, almost all HDMI issues are with the cable box not the tv.

The DCT6200 is not a recorder. You need a 6416 or 6412 model for DVR function.

SOURCE: charter code

Charter communications is in the business of providing all the "code" you want. For a small fee of course. Your weapons are useless against them. You will not get it to work without them for under $250,000.00, and Motorola's permission. Sorry.

I may be due to a poor signal to the DCT6200, however if the signal is fine the DCT will need to be replaced.

How do you use the audio/video input connections on the DCT6200?

input connections are disabled by Motorola for a "future use", or so they say. Sorry for the bad news, you may buy an audio/video switcher to add more A/V inputs to your TV set, hope this helps.
